Introducing Aitrium

We’re excited to announce that the company we originally founded as NewLeaf is now Aitrium.

This evolution reflects a shift that has been unfolding since the moment we started the company, but especially in the past eight months. As we’ve had the privilege of learning from healthcare experts worldwide, we’ve realized that truly achieving our initial mission—accelerating healthcare research—requires broader, more systemic, and more radical change than we had initially imagined.

Our ‘aha’ moment came when we recognized that introducing a new data-sharing challenge for health systems simply wouldn’t work if they were still struggling with one foundational to their values: traditional clinical research. Fortunately, the solutions we built to support the NewLeaf concept caught the attention of trial investigators across the globe. Their feedback, ideas, and new challenges have served as fuel, propelling us forward in unexpected and exciting ways.

Becoming Aitrium isn’t just a name change or a new website (though it is both of those things). It marks the beginning of a new era driven by a bold new mission: making it easy for health systems to deploy and manage next-generation applications on their terms.

With this announcement, we’re also unveiling two exciting new product families: Trial Accelerator and AitriumOS, the latter of which includes one of the features we’re most excited about: secure, locally deployed AI models.

Moving forward, we’re committed to thinking beyond conventional solutions to ensure that the technologies our customers dream of don’t just remain ideas, but become reality within their health systems.
